Christmas starts on the 24th and ends on the 26th as far as I'm concerned.

Only exceptions are 'The Great Escape' (this time he is gonna make it over the second fence) and 'Die Hard'

I think that gift may be coming out of your ear after it has been rammed in the part of your anatomy that you mostly speak out of…and I am not talking about your mouth.

Well I knew I would hate it from the word go. I've never watched any of the previous movies, but my daughter somehow managed to talk me into taking her, so I got my first taste of Star Wars.

Absolutely the worst film I've ever paid to watch and not walked out. Had it not been for my daughter I would have done, but unfortunately I had to put up with watching it all. I tried to sleep, but the awful fu*king sound track put paid to that.

Terrible movie, terrible acting, terrible special effects and a crappy plot that a 4 year old child could predict. I actually thought I'd gone into the wrong movie and was watching Star Wars 1.

Don't do it.

How some people can find themselves obsessed enough to call themselves Trekkies and wait in long queues for such a piece of sh!te is beyond me.

Expectations....we've had a few, but then again, too few to mention ;)

I'm gonna wait for the dvd / stream.

Mainly cos the Mrs and I have an agreement about not watching anything with 'star' in the title together.

I did not mind episode 7.
Not the best si-fi movie, not the worst by some margin.

There is a quote that Lucas... "made the original Star Wars movies for 12 year olds, just that adults like them as well"

My lads and I back tracked and watched episode 2...we knew the acting was bad, and bits of the story line were not the best...but we did not expect it to be so bad in so many places.
We were laughing our heads off for most of the movie.

I have not had the courage to watch any more of the original or prequels yet.
