R1's...

Post by Dave »

On Sunday I was on a wee sedate run with others in a ZZR1400, Ducati 1299, R1.

That R1 was barrrrrping, growling, banging...sounded great.

Last night I was on another generally quiet run with a few on a varied selection of bikes, including another R1, which was barrrrrping, growling, banging...and again sounded great.

So, so all R1s when doing less than 8k revs sound like a pack of hungery Rottweilers chewing on huge exploding firecrackers?

I think they are just trying to compensate for lacking in some other area.
