Hi all, haven't been on for a while, got rid of the 12R and bought an MT01. Trying to keep my speed down. 4 years with the 12R and no speeding convictions so the odds were stacking up against me.

Some of you may have noticed my change of avatar which was a bit of a clue to my new purchase. Was suppsoed to be using my money for the racing this year but its looking more and more unlikely so I went looking for a new bike. TBH I wasnt looking for a new one but the Triumph finance deal + Â£675 back for accessories kinda swung it. I got a good trade in deal as well so it was rude to say no.
All I can say is THE NOISE!!, its amazing. The bike is tiny, like a 125, and very flighty at the front. Break in is gonna be hell. This is it in its virgin state, dont expect it to be like this for long.

Bought this off ebay in gateshead 3 weeks ago. Had a split in the exhaust which sounded awesome until it parted company last night on my may home from work. Cue a pitstop into breaking point to ziptie it back together. managed to get a replacement today.

1500 miles so its just been run in. Oh, and a copper owned it for the first year of its life. What a peach!!

ill be having one of these 2 in the next few weeks i think....

rode the zxr today and its pretty nice, "feels" quite a bit faster than my k6 gsxr above 10k but dam its ugly
