GSXR exhaust

Post by highland81 »

Just fitted a Laser GP style exhaust to my GSXR 600 K6, I had it fitted with the baffles and ran fine but when I removed the baffles it was quiet lumpy sounding and quiet a bit of moisture coming out. Does anyone know if I need to remap with this exhaust? Any advice grateful.

Does the can and link pipe remove the Cat?

Regardless, the ECU on your GSX-R should compensate (to some extent) for the difference in the A2F ratio...

You never NEED to remap the bike for new cans etc but it is always recommended to get the most out of them and ensure your fueling remains smooth. :2up
