Swingarm bolt

The adjusting bolt for the wheel position has sheared on me. Tried everything, but it's going to have to be drilled. Tried briefly, but the drill bit is wandering. Any advice, or anyone know of somewhere with a radial drill the does wee jobs. Will manage to get the swingarm off. Bike is a Tiger 1050
