Sidestand

Post by 02iomtt »

Looking for some help from anyone with a 600K1 or something which has the same type of sidestand.

I'm trying to get mine back on the bike and I have all the bits I need I think but can't seem to get it on.

I'm thinking one of the smaller holes in the middle should have a pin or something like that sticking through it so that 1 end of the spring can hook on to.

If anyone can help that would be great as it's pi$$ing me off Mad

Thanks mate I do actually have a haynes manual.

I posted my problem on another forum and have had people tell me it's hand made, which is understandable as it started it's life as a tt racer. I think I'm going to need to get creative to fix the problem.
