New MC workshop..... MOTO MECCANICA

Post by dino#70 »

Hey folk's,
Just a quick heads up.
After the demise of Albamoto last year a new service centre will be opening shortly from the same unit.

MOTO MECCANICA have secured the services of Alba's mechanic and plan to officially open on the 3rd of March. The group that own the new shop are life long biker's and understand all too well the need for a good quality friendly service at an affordable price.
They are setting things in motion for some additional services like customer ramp hire, a membership scheme which would entitle the member to discounts etc and currently applying for an in house MOT station.
Have a look at their facebook page for updates etc.

Cheer's guy's, enjoy your season.

On the FB page it mentions Monday 3rd March as "opening"

Is there a grand opening evening or anything :confused

So what is the craic?! Albla Moto seemed to be all good then the doors shut with peoples bikes in there etc.. Is this under the same owners? will this happen again?

I never did hear why Alba closed there doors so abruptly and I have to say it makes me a touch nervous if i am honest to place my pride and joy back in there. Any one got the proper low down on the old vs new??

Back in business as of next Monday. Guzzi project booked in, nice folk running it now, just a few problems with staff last time round....

I booked MOT through them, (though it was done at Ecosse). Nice folks, spent ages chatting and petting the staffie. Arranged to get tyres fitted when they come. There was a few bikes being worked on and I spent a while gassing with the mechanic. I will book in for a "tune" - valves and carb balancing. Will report back after.I liked the welcome and the openness. :2up
