Mot Mayhem

Post by The.Rev »

OK, My insurance company authorised a garage to repair my bike after a scuffle with a car last year, everything looks and sounds fine (apart from the odd problem with firing on 2 cylinders, which i think i have fixed)

Now i come to get it MOT'd, i decided to check out the exhaust, and found they had placed a race can on it, so, wuick thinking as ever, i purchase an adapter to convert my stock bolton exhaust into a slip on exhaust.

Shock Horror... It doesn't fit....
I have a full racing exhaust system fitted i believe, and it's non standard size (even the breakers couldn't find a slip on can to fit) so i now come to the main problem, how do i get it MOT'd...

Does anyone know how to get a slip on can or the adapter enlarged, or someone who will MOT the bike without me going through the hassle of changing it?
