HG in trouble again

Post by Quicksilver »

Looks like Hein Gericke are still struggling in the current financial climate. Bad news for staff so close to Christmas.

Just read http://www.motorcyclenews.com/mcn/news/ ... n-gericke/

Looks like they want to keep existing staff too which is fine for those affected.

The last time I was there (October-ish) there was naff all there. So hopefully this will be a improvement and see some decent kit coming in.

This can't be bad news for us, although whether the staff stay or not? I think the heads have been down for a while now and that has got to have had an effect on punters coming thru the door. Coupled with a very disappointing display and range. It reminded me on Mckays on Queen STD. Stuff a bit all over the place.
Shambles springs to mind. Hopefully we will have a great store in the city that a wide range of stuff will be on display with an open mind to big guys/girls on bikes who need BIG gear.
