What do you fancy for 2015…biking related I mean

Post by Dave »

Anyone got big biking plans for this year
A new or different bike ?
Big bike run?
Midweek evening runs?
West coast weekends?
Other stuff…

Me…
Unlikely to be changing or getting additional bikes…but I have said that before :biggrin2 :biggrin2

Big bike run…hopefully an extended tour of Scotland, not a details planned route, more of a make it up as I go along type of thing, hopefully with a few mates

Midweek runs…yip, the plan is to do more midweek runs, and this your I think this will happen, and nothing to do with the mother-in-law visiting for three months in the summer

West coast weekends…yip, at the moment I can think about 12 weekends during the summer that I must plan some time away from my home.

Other stuff…I want to get a proper wind tight bike shed built, so I can give my KTM a good strip down and apply some TLC to all the corroded bits, engine bars, luggage frames etc.

Your 'Danger' Powers of observation and deduction are stunning, not quite the ability of Spock but still stunning

Before long you may even be able to link more than one thread :biggrin2

Cover a bit more ground when i can, up north/west especially.
Would like to attend a trackday/school (more to do with having 2 piece leathers now).
Take advantage of test ride days/events when possible (Ducati at green welly stop next weekend as an example - booked a shot on an 899).
Hardly lofty ambitions but I think achievable. Had the MotoGP remained at donington I would have gone.

i'll be on my best behaviour,... previous day spent playing rugby/perth beer festival :arse ... so I will not be drawing attention to myself. I should add I will be being sensible drinking and test ride is not till 4pm, so plenty time to get blood alcohol to legal levels
