Kill switch- MOT requirement?

Post by Cossackmannie »

I know indicators and switches (if fitted as standard after a certain date) are an MOT requirement but what about kill switches?
The bike is a 55 plate and was wondering if it was a legal MOT requirement to keep the kill switch if fitted as new?

Cheers

As far as im aware if it is fitted to the bike it must be in working order. Check the VOSA website to confirm....
