Solid/Non Metallic Car colours fade with time, can anyone recommend any products to help prevent this or is it just a case of turtlewax the car every fortnight.
Thank you in advance.

The Autoglym polishes are supposed to reduce paint oxidisation, or you could let it get really bad and T cut it....
But about one decent polish (with good wax) every 6 months or so should be enough. Probably.

Don't buy a red car, they are the worst for fading!

36 hours too late!
I know they're hard to keep nice but i'll just have to miss some sunday runs and spend the day polishing.

I think you will find this is not so much of a problem with newer paints.

Maguires polish kit, clay for restoration, cleaning wax then top wax, its a lot of work but well worth it, should last a season as far as I know only halfords stock it, guy that works with me uses it on his black Audi excellent finish
