would explain the squadrons of jinglies and cranes and all sorts of keich involved in 'bulb' changing today (and by the looks of it, for some time to come) those lights (the individual lights) are Huuuuuuuuge. no much wonder it cost in excess of 10 mil for the lighting.

Was at Lusail night race last year, and you would not know its dark. Impressive lighting. Going again this year, but getting expensive now, £18 for whole weekend pass.
