Replacement Front Brake discs

Post by bubbaf »

Looking at replacing front discs during winter - bike has 34000 miles and discs are around 4.5mm (minimum is stamped as 3.5mm) although haven't measured with vernier. Looking at prices and have come across Armstrong discs anybody got any experience of them - can get both discs and sintered pads for £255

If they are above the minimum and not warped, why do you want to change them?

actually measured them 4mm - must admit they just looked thin to me - been informed new come at 4mm so guess what won't be changing just clleaning pistons and HH pads to get some bite back
