The way websites target you with advertising based on your I.P. addr.
Just 'cos I flog my skinny wee arse round the planet doesn't mean I can read anything other than English.
IT geeks, anyway I can simply confuse them to think I'm still in the UK?

Run Firefox and Ad Block Plus addon and do away with ads altogether.
Alternatively, there's IE7Pro which adds an ad blocker for IE.
To make them think you're in the UK you need to use a UK proxy... there used to be loads of free ones, not sure what the current situation is.

When parents take their kids to restaurants and let them sit and scream their heads off, it's so rude and not fair on the other diners who are there to relax and enjoy their food

sure try these
http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/
www.zoov.info
I wouldnt use ebay or online banking through these however but thats just me. Some streaming can be affected but have a play.
I think theres a way you can set a proxy up on a pissy in the uk and sling from that so you can watch iplayer but for that you could just set up a slingbox?. Not researched it as never needed to

Daft cows who try and change lanes right in front of you on the A96 and then give you the finger when you beep the horn at them...
Nice example to set for the kids missus, hope you asked for some driving lessons and new specs for chrimbo.
